In the competitive world of data analytics, business users often find themselves bogged down by the time-consuming tasks of data ingestion, dashboard creation, and analysis. This inefficiency slows down decision-making and makes it harder to effectively leverage insights. Our project aims to tackle these challenges by designing a solution that simplifies these processes using AI, enabling users to create dashboards with simple prompts and access actionable insights swiftly.

Create a user-friendly dashboard application that allows business users to design and customize dashboards with natural language prompts. This solution will seamlessly integrate with various data sources, provide real-time AI-driven insights, and support efficient team collaboration.

Q1.Can you describe a typical day in your role as a business analyst?

My day involves gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing sales data for trends, and communicating with stakeholders. I also spend a lot of time creating reports and dashboards for the sales team.

Q2.What are the biggest challenges you face with your current data analysis tools?

Integrating data from different sources is challenging and error-prone. The tools aren't user-friendly, making dashboard setup and insight generation time-consuming.

Q3.How do you currently integrate data from various sources?

I manually export data from different systems like our CRM and sales databases into spreadsheets, then import those into our dashboard tools. This process is tedious and takes a lot of time

Q4.What features would you like to see in a new dashboard tool?

I'd love to have seamless integration with our data sources, easy customization options for dashboards, and AI-powered insights that automatically highlight sales trends and anomalies. And i can edit and add to dashboard

I frequently collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, especially sales. Currently, we share reports and dashboards via email, which is inefficient. Real-time collaboration features would greatly improve our workflow.

I use a variety of visualizations, including bar charts, line graphs, pie charts, and scatter plots. Interactive elements like filters and drill-down capabilities are also very important for drilling into sales performance data.

Color palette: I've chosen the primary color 51A1FF, often called "Sky Blue," because it conveys trust and a modern, tech-forward vibe that's ideal for data analytics and business intelligence applications. The secondary color 95A4FC, known as "Light Lavender," complements it nicely with a softer tone, making information easier to read and creating a visually pleasing balance without overshadowing the primary color's strong presence.

Typography: I chose the "Inter" font for its clean, modern look that enhances readability on various screens. It's versatile and balanced, making it perfect for maintaining a professional and clear appearance in data analytics and business intelligence applications, ensuring users find information easily and comfortably.

They found it hard to keep track of their classes, monitor their grades, and manage their school documents. Without a centralized platform, students became overwhelmed and stressed, making it difficult to stay organized and focused on their studies.

creating a digital product in the USA that uses DNA to help find long-lost family members. To increase its efficacy and accuracy, this app is made to integrate closely with government databases. Users will be able to upload their current DNA data and, for those who haven't been tested yet, get DNA testing services. Everybody will have the chance to reconnect with long-lost family members and create their family history.

The process of designing an app to use DNA to locate long-lost relatives is thorough. To understand user needs and market trends, I begin with research and analysis. To inform the design, I use this data to develop empathy maps and user personas. To ensure user-friendly navigation and functionality, I then create low-fidelity wireframes and user flows. In the end, I produce visually appealing and intuitive high-fidelity prototypes. Using DNA to find long-lost relatives, this process guarantees a useful, safe, and engaging app.

To deeply understand the problem, we conducted thorough user research with two distinct groups: business professional and working housewife. Through interviews and surveys, we gained insights into their perspectives on a digital product aimed at reconnecting users with long-lost relatives through DNA analysis. This research revealed their motivations, concerns about privacy, and the key features they value in such an app. These insights guided us in developing a solution that meets their needs effectively and resonates with our diverse user base.
